Manga African Dance, Inc.Dance Drama Program Details: Knowledge is power! That's the moral of this program that tells the story of the king who travels to another town and discovers the importance of education. The story begins with the royal drum call and the entrance of the king. After performing the Lamba, a royal dance, the ensemble talks with students about the relationship between African drums and dance and how the drums play an integral role in African society and the preservation of a village's stories.
