Young Audiences Scheduling TipsTo expedite the scheduling process, we recommend you complete the following steps prior to contacting Young Audiences:1. Know your budget. 2. Review the current program guide carefully and have it accessible when you schedule your program online or call Young Audiences (404-733-5293). 3. Check your school/organization calendar to make sure your requested date(s) and time(s) have been approved by the principal/director. 4. Make sure the audience size and grade levels are appropriate for the requested programs. 5. Review the curriculum connections for each program. 6. Complete the Program Request Form (online) for each ensemble or call Young Audiences (404-733-5293) to schedule a program. Should we be unavailable when you call, please leave us a message and be sure to give us your name, phone number, school/organization name, the ensemble(s)/artist(s) and specific programs you are requesting as well as the dates and times you wish to schedule. |

Young Audiences’ programs are supported by the Georgia Council for the Arts (GCA) through the appropriations of the GA General Assembly. GCA is a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, which believes that a great nation deserves great art. Major funding also provided by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners under the guidance of the Fulton County Arts Council.
