Students will move, groove and prove their love of music in this hip-hopping, be-bopping, show-stopping extravaganza. Mr. Eric and Mr. Michael involve the audience in musical stories and familiar songs played in a variety of styles—blues, folk, gospel, classical, rock and roll. Then, they turn up the heat and take the music to a whole new level with beat samplers and cutting edge looping technology. Students will be amazed at what they can create when they supply the lyrics and movement to an original hip-hop song enhanced with electronic bells and whistles.
Mr. Eric & Mr. Michael
Eric Litwin and Michael Levine are groovy guys. Their interactive performances are truly unique, blending acoustic instruments with the latest hip-hop looping technologies.
Mr. Eric is a five time national award winning recording artist and former classroom teacher who plays over 200 shows a year.
Mr. Michael is a popular singer-songwriter, an experienced music teacher, and an award winning producer.
Eric and Michael are also the founders of an exciting new company called The Learning Groove, LLC. They offer music classes, preschool music programs, and an extraordinary product line of educational music.
Eric and Michael write, arrange, and produce most of the music in their Atlanta-based studio. Together they rock!
