Event Assistants: Many volunteers are needed to assist with pre-event planning and preparation and to perform a variety of tasks the day of events to ensure a productive, pleasant, and problem-free experience for all attendees. These tasks may include registration, set-up/take-down, timekeeping, stage managing, narrating, and overseeing craft activities.
Fundraising: Whether its hands-on help at a fundraising event, stuffing envelopes or serving on our corporate, foundation or individual giving committees, YAWAC constantly seeks volunteers to help us raise the funds that underwrite the delivery and expansion of our services.
Marketing Associate: Assists in the day to day operations of the cimmunications and marketing department including event planning, database management, editing and research.
Development/Grants Associate: Assists in the day to day operations of the development department including event planning, direct mail solicitation, and the research and development of grant proposals.
