Cedar Hill
Voted “Favorite Bluegrass Act” by Country Atlanta in 2006, Cedar Hill’s versatility and entertaining style keeps audiences engaged and wondering what is coming next. One minute they are picking a foot-stomping version of “Dueling Banjos” from the movie Deliverance, and the next moment they are singing a capella to the tune of the “Hallelujah Chorus.”
Cedar Hill’s music and stage antics have earned the group repeated performances with President Jimmy Carter, the Spivey Hall series of children’s educational concerts at Clayton State University, and the National 4-H Convention for which Cedar Hill has performed for the past ten consecutive years.
Cedar Hill has been featured on both local and national radio and television programs including the Public Broadcasting System’s State of the Arts.
Cedar Hill is Jim Adkins on banjo and vocals, Bob MacIsaac on guitar and vocals, and Jerry Zee on bass guitar and vocals
