A Visual Story  |  Katy DeMent

They’ve made the paper, now it’s time to use it. Poems, holiday cards, letters or even a reflection on the papermaking experience itself make writing a special pleasure when it’s done on students’ own handmade paper. It’s a creative and satisfying way for students to demonstrate what they have learned in language arts.
