Barry uses the power of words and images as creative pathways into the curriculum. Customized drama or storytelling residencies support state curriculum standards through improvisation, theatre games, physicalization, process drama, story development, and other strategies. Each residency is customized to the teacher’s curricular goals, the students’ developmental needs, the school’s culture, time of year and more, and draws from a wide variety of practical approaches to achieve an array of possible outcomes.
